Shipping & Delivery
How It Works
Each product is made same day as set purchase and delivery. We will create, make and package your product ready for shipment next day! Shipping is through USPS therefore any follow up questions after the product has been shipped about delivery, is a matter between USPS and the receiver. Any other follow up questions you may reach out to customer care.
The Fine Print
Within 3 days of your delivered date and you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may submit a claim to the Customer Service email provided to return your product. Your product needs to be unopened from the shrink wrap for a full refund, otherwise store credit will be issued. Any additional questions regarding returns, you may submit a request through the website or through email with your name, order number, and a brief description on your issue. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
